  February 24: Notify schools/teachers about accepted works
  February 25 - March 1: Selected works delivered*
  March 2: Award winners chosen
  March 3: Winners announced & works chosen for the High Museum exhibit announced and delivered
  March 18: High Museum Mini Show preview show opens
  March 22: Reception for High Museum Mini Show
  April 10: Show installed at the Piedmont Park Community Center
  April 11-13: Dogwood Festival, AHSAE show on display
  April 13: Art Throwdown (rain date April 12)
  April 13: Awards ceremony 4 pm
  April 13: All work picked up after awards ceremony, before 6 pm
